I joined Pagan Osborne in 2007 working as a Specialist Executry Paralegal until October 2017 when I was made redundant due to administration of the company. I moved to Neilsons as a Senior Legal Executive in the Private Client Team in October 2017 where I dealt with executry administration and the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney. I moved to Aberdein Considine in October 2018 and work in their Edinburgh based office in the Private Client Department where I deal with Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trust and Executry Administration. I am a Law Society Accredited Paralegal in Wills & Executries and a member of the Scottish Paralegal Association. I also gained the SOLAS Diploma (Society of Law Accountants in Scotland) through the Law Society in October 2004 and qualified as a Specialist Paralegal in Wills, Trusts and Executries in November 2007 and in Scottish Criminal Law in May 2013. I am also an Affiliate member of STEP. I am due to start tutoring the Executry Course with SOLAS in August 2024 and looking forward to sharing my knowledge with others.
