In this position, my role is conducting all Condition Monitoring techniques on all critical online equipments in the process plant and also on mobile plant at the Mine.  I perform Vibration Data collection and also assist in interpreting and analysing data collected using soft ware CSI 2130 and produce reports.  I do perform thermal imaging tests using FLIR P660 camera and also familiar with FLIR systems software to analyse and produce thermal reports.  I perform acoustic data collection using the ultraprobe 15000 from UE systems which is detects early defects of bearing and gears, detects air leakage and also passing valves.  I perform Ultrasonic Flaw Tests using the USM 35 and DM5E for different thickness tests.  Do perform NDT tests using dye penetrant and also MPI.  Do perform oil analysis using the tsviewV6.2.4.1 software from Palls Corporation and also produce reports to specific work groups.  I do perform Laser alignment on all critical equipments such as pumps, motors, Compressors, Crushers, mills using the Fixturlaser XA laser alignment machine.  Assist Consultants on Shutdowns to do inspections on Pressure vessel inspections and statutory inspections.  Does JSA for every job to be done as it is a safety requirement and regulation Maintenance management systems Exposed to Elipse.
