Upon graduation, he joined GE Healthcare (GEHC). In three years, he was recognized for his achievements and received an internal posting to Singapore for a Southeast Asia role. In seven years, his geographical coverage has evolved from single solutions support to cross functional and solutions support to cater customers’ demand within the region and progressively gaining expertise in Digital Imaging (DI). At midpoint of his career, he joined Johnson & Johnson, and saw himself expanding geographic in Asia Pacific region, expanding clientele support to include the likes of Cardiologist in electrophysiology (EP), in hospital providing Operating Theatre (OT) solutions support. He re-joined GE Healthcare as Senior Engineer to lead a team of junior engineers. With 15 years’ experience under his belt, specifically in DI and OT environment, he joined Barco in 2019 to become specialist in Healthcare Division for Medical Display and Digital OT solution Platform for Asia Pacific. In Less than 12 months, his role has expanded to include Customer Service Lead for Southeast Asia leading 4 Customer Service Engineers situated across the region. At Barco, he has improved Customer Service department KPI index: reducing Turn Around Time, improving First Response time (FRT), and Net Promoter Score (NPS) and most importantly increasing Service Revenue.
