Tony's professional experience includes beginning in the field of Social Services in 2014 working strictly with children and young adults ages 2-25 on goals using foundational ABA techniques under the supervision of a BCBA. After he graduated he moved across the country to California where he spent the next year as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certified Behavioral Therapist. Tony then moved back to his home town and started working with the same non-profit company he began with in 2014. In 2016 he was trained and certified in PEERS which is one of two empirically backed approaches to teaching social skills for teens and young adults with Autism. Tony has worked in a LEAP program, an ESDM program, provides in-home/office behavioral therapy, and was a First Steps provider. He currently provides ABA services to people that live in 24/7 supported homes of all ages. Tony strives everyday to help the individuals he works with maintain and increase their independence. He wants to take the experience he has gained working with adults that have successfully gained employment and started families, and apply it to the hopes and dreams of young children and their parents who may not think those accomplishments are possible.
