He has been involved with the Internet since 1995 and from then have always been interested in how the online environment have changed the economical and social landscape as well as purchase behavior of consumers and the fact that online environment has already become the major medium of communication with the newer generations. He completed his Doctorate in Business Administration from University of Newcastle, Australia with specialization in online consumer behavior and studied the factors influencing online purchase behavior of the Generation Y in comparison with Generation X.
