Tom Sadler Email & Phone Number | I have a keen interest in both aspects of my degree - Law and Management. My studies have enabled me to reach a greater understanding of managing and motivating a team - by combining both practical and theoretical experiences, improving my time-management and communication skills, as well as enabling me to investigate various areas of law. I also held the role of Co-Chairman of a student listening service: RGU:Nightline, from its creation in November 2014 until March 2016. The focus of the service is to provide a non-judgemental, non-advisory, confidential and anonymous service for students to use in times of need - whether it be due to exam stress or feeling lonely, the volunteers are there to listen 8pm-8am everyday during term-time. My role allowed me to establish and further develop a variety of invaluable skills, such as: team management and development, public speaking, service sustainability, recruitment, human resource management and people skills. One of my main hobbies is photography; it's been a passion of mine ever since I discovered my love for it whilst at school.
