After 3 years in Slovenia, I returned to the UK in September 2011 staying with PwC and spent a year in the private equity and M&A tax team advising PE houses and corporates on all tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions. I moved to the Tax Transparency team in August 2012. I joined PricewaterhouseCoopers in the UK 2003 in the Corporate Tax team in the Uxbridge office. In 2006 I qualified as a chartered accountant at the with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. In 2008 I moved to PwC Slovenia's Ljubljana office as a corporate tax manager.
