Todd Hughes Email & Phone Number | I have worked for Western Kentucky University for since 2007 . WKU is located in Bowling Green KY and has over 20,000 students enrolled. For the first 7 years my role was Interactive Video Systems Engineer. I was responsible for the design, installation, upgrades, additions, and support of 49 distant learning classrooms located across South Central Kentucky. I also maintained the video network infrastructure and the Adobe Connect administration support. Other duties included: desktop video conference solutions, and oversees the bridge connections of 110 classes per week; totaling over 800 hours of endpoint connection. Lastly, I also work closely with the WKU community as new video technologies are explored and implemented across the many colleges and division that make up the university. Staying in the same department, I am now Audio Visual Engineer. In this role I project manage and coordinate the procurement and installation of all AV projects. Part of the Engineering group is to provide support to complex AV issues that are escalated to us from the Support group.
