As a member of the executive management team at FHLBank Atlanta, I contributed and served on key committees related to enterprise risk, asset/liability management, corporate insurance, operations, credit, strategic planning, government relations and human resources decision-making. As a highly regulated financial institution, I was a key participant and communicator in matters involving our regulator. As Corporate Secretary, I have significant experience working closely with board leadership in setting an annual strategic and compliant agenda, supporting board relationships, promoting executive management, and advising on sensitive and complex governance matters. During my tenure with FHLBank Atlanta, I developed, implemented, and managed a corporate program and culture in the areas of SEC reporting, board succession planning, compliance, and diversity and inclusion, applying my deep understanding of bank financial management in this role and working closely with and advising the board of directors on all corporate governance matters. In addition to advising the executive management team and board of directors, I served in leadership roles on several management committees, such as Chair of the LIBOR Transition Steering Committee, and previously as Chair of Diversity and Inclusion Council. Prior to joining FHLB, I worked at two top tier multi-national law firms, including Sullivan & Cromwell, where I advised multinational corporations on private equity financing transactions, SEC filings and disclosures, securities offerings, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions.
