As the CMC expert, I led the tech transfer of the CMC information, including GMP manufacturing processes, to the licensee. Prior to 2012, I was the Director of Process Development, leading the purification group, with expertise in purification development, scale-up, and process transfer for GMP clinical manufacturing of biologics including Mabs, products produced in CHO and products produced in E. coli.
