Cuomo Bridge (New NY Bridge replacing the Tappan Zee Bridge). Tiffany worked in the Lyngby, Denmark, headquarters of COWI, as well as the New York and Oakland offices of COWI, and has designed structures according to American, Canadian and European design codes (AISC Steel Manual, AASHTO LRFD, ACI 318, ASCE 7, CAN/CSA S6, Steel Eurocode and Concrete Eurocode). Tiffany earned her B.S.E. at Princeton University and her M.S. at Columbia University, both in civil engineering with a focus on structural engineering. She served as the 2020-2021 Chair of the Structural Engineering Engagement and Equity (SE3) Committee of the Structural Engineering Association of Northern California (SEAONC). Tiffany was co-founder and co-chair of COWI’s Women’s Network in North America. She also traveled to Rwanda to construct a suspended pedestrian bridge with the non-profit Bridges to Prosperity in 2019.
