Currently, I work with colleagues in Finance and beyond across Novartis to help them grow. We're working a lot on mindset and culture change right now, which starts with each of us. For the most impact, our “train-the-trainer” deployment strategies have proven to be very successful, cost-effective and rewarding for everyone involved! I'm fluent in English, German and French, with decent Spanish. Running high-energy workshops with local teams in their language is incredibly powerful and effective. Sharing in their “aha-moments” is my reward, which keeps fueling my passion.
