With international consulting experience, I have had exposure to businesses in the Asia Pacific Region as well as the UK. I have a strong background in executive and professional coaching, personality, cognitive ability, values and behavioural assessments for selection and development. I am committed to supporting professionals to reach optimal performance and wellbeing through the use of evidence based theories and techniques. As a distinction level Master of Science in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, I apply the science of setting motivating goals, overcoming challenges, leveraging strengths, fulfilling potential and achieving meaningful goals in order to help clients achieve sustainable engagement, wellbeing and performance. My interest is in diversity and inclusion, engagement and performance and my dissertation (completed in 2019) explored the experience of Positive Psychology Coaching for inclusion at work. I continue to conduct research on coaching and high quality listening as part of my PhD research at the University of Reading.
