In order to be successful it is essential to know the vehicles inside and out, and by regularly testing the vehicle and communicating with the driver to receive feedback, it only gives you an advantage, and promotes a good team work ethic. I thrive in an environment where team work is necessary, whilst simultaneously being able to work reliably as an individual. I enjoy vocational work but am also computer literate and able to complete administrative tasks. I believe communication and preparation is key to achieving success. I am highly motivated and able to plan and meet deadlines. In 2013 I graduated from Swansea Metropolitan University in Motorsport Engineering & Design, achieving an Upper Second Class Honours (2:1).
