Lee Chair in Financial Institutions and Consumer Finance. I conduct research on many small-dollar lending products. In addition, I maintain an active research agenda in empirical options. My co-authors and I are producing the 10th edition of our Investments textbook. I have found that maintaining a website is a TON of work. :( I tweet. I just have a few followers. I am trying to figure out how to be on a transition team in Washington D.C. in 2024. I am an amateur jazz musician. I play my tenor sax almost daily. I am a member of JEN and NASA. I hold a PADI Open Water certification and plan to dive whenever I can. I am a classic car enthusiast. Mostly muscle cars and cars like those in the Perry Mason TV show. I like to help out with my wife's American Saddlebred horses. They are wonderful creatures, as are our dogs. I am plotting a return to the ski slopes--if I can convince my orthopedic surgeon that I am a safe, carful, and slow skier (hmm). Going forward, I really want to become a voice actor. Clueless on how to proceed.
