Most recently I led the Avangrid LNG, LP Plants, Gas Control Centers and SCADA Instrumentation overseeing the operations, maintenance, construction/commissioning, compliance, risk management and integration efforts. My operations experience includes construction close out, starting/commissioning and transitioning into full operations of a new LNG Plant and associated equipment that has amounted to over 500 million worth of projects in the New York and New England Regions. My commissioning experience includes a full multiple LNG vaporization, liquefaction, pumps, trucking stations and a full complete LNG Plant. In addition I also support the risk assessment and I have worked with regulatory agencies in Connecticut, Massachusetts and New York to ensure LNG Plants were safe and code complaint. Safety is my top priority and I’m extremely proud of the various LNG Teams that I led in their achieving 1st Quartile Safety Performance.
