With many years building new relationships with many individuals and personalities working around the globe with sales, surf/snow/film/media excursions, surf/snow contests, I found that my mindset and background to be ideal to work in the cockpit with new crew members. I honestly think, and experienced that the best safety device in any aircraft is a well trained, open minded, mutual respected, well prepared and dynamic crew. Communication is key. As a Senior pilot I have the great opportunity to guide and talk thru scenarios and safe work analysis with younger crew members. This way I can learn others and i find this also a great way to get more knowledge myself. EC135 Safety Pilot Aerial Work powerline inspection HESLO 4, 10’000+ cycled Administrative experience related to aviation: Base commander, Workers union, Budgett and Customer pricing , Project assistant, Project calculation etc. Administrative experience related to other than aviation: I'm an innovative and a dynamic sale and business person. Goal orientated. With extensive experience and a strong notion of business, I accomplished and achieved what supervisors intended in sale and relationship building. Increased Sales, business turnaround, international whole sale and retail development. Key factors: - Successfully identified and developing corporate strategies for growth - Driving change to deliver high performance through optimization and expenses management - Challenge my teams to ensure they are delivering their best - Still surf and snowboard, never going to quit. - Experienced shark attack twice, rescued one person in water in Jeffreys Bay.
