I accomplish this by setting clear expectations, surrounding myself with wise counsel, being fiscally responsible, listening, reflecting, encouraging, & respecting as well as rewarding others. There is no better method of sustainable profitability & staff retention. I broaden C. I. & lean techniques by defining, measuring, analyzing, creating, & providing suggestable control processes to meet defined budgets.
