I completed my matric with an exemption in 2005 and soon after studied my BA psychology Degree at the University of Johannesburg and completed it in 2009. A lot of opportunities were exposed to me there after from being part of an internship during the World up as a Back office booking Assistance for the Host broadcasting Station to being selected to be part of a learner ship program with Edcon. Whilst working at Edcon I strived to learn every avenue of the business from such as working as a Payroll administrator/HR admin assistant; a sales assistance; switchboard assistant; service center operator and supervisor; cash office assistant ; cash and credits associate. I do not believe in being rigid and only knowing the functions of the position that you are in but rather knowing how the other functions contribute to make the business work, with this at any given moment when a hand was needed , without a doubt I was the woman for the job . My passion grew outside of Edcon as I sought for a different career where I worked as a customer service specialist in a BPO environment . I worked in the small business department providing exceptional services to the UK client . In this role I dealt with taking bill payments , effectively explaining billing queries, track and tracing orders . I loved my role as it made me show off my passion for customer service . In a year a got promoted as a Quality analyst where I got the chance to share my passion for customer service with the advisors whilst also ensuring that they are aligned according to the business requirements. In this role we coaching and assessed advisors from Johannesburg , Capetown , Cardiff, Kilmarnock and Greenock where through feedback and calibrations we ensured that the distance was not a factor in aligning the Quality advisor as per business requirements.
