Customer Success and Incident Prevention - Managing and resolving Service Requests logged by Customers (internal and external) with positive impact on Customer Satisfaction, SLAs and KPIs throughout the Support lifecycle - Managing highly Escalated issues, Root Cause Analyses - Working towards, adopting and contributing to new processes and tools (Oracle Web Conferencing, diagnostic methodology, health checks, scripting tools, automation, KM, CX) - Working with Development, BDEs, TAMs, SDMs, PMs, Sn. Managers and Directors on product improvement programs (creating Testing environments, BETA programs, Tech. analyses) 3. Employee Success and Operational Efficiency - Participate in product meetings and workshops, Communities, Proactive Support - Participate at internal meeting of Knowledge Sharing within EBS Advance Technologies Romanian Team - Training and on-boarding for new hires - Reducing SR Escalations; Weekend coverage, Outstanding Customer Experience Support. Receiving, analyzing, solving and advising issues met by IBM Tivoli Provision Manager stand alone version, Tivoli Provision Manager integrated in Maximo application and Tivoli Provision Manager for OS Deployment ( TPM 5.1, 7.1 and 7.2 for Windows, Unix and AIX Platforms ) Being up to date with tools, processes and technologies used for TPM support. Member within ERP-'DERBY' and SAP implementation team Gathering business requirements Creation of documentation to clearly explain functionality and user interfaces Create the test scenarios and coordinate test team End users training's Responsible for diagnosing & resolving hardware, software & end users problems.
