I have worked in IT Support for 15 years. I started my career at a division of Transet - Freightdynamics in Port Elizabeth. Cape Town, was my next destination working at Woolworths head office for Reagola IT Services. After 3 years I set my sights on living and working in Johannesburg where I worked for TCM and later became permanently employed with Standard Bank from 2011. My support skills was contracted out to FNB - Core Banking Solutions from 2008-2010 and then to Standard Bank - Corporate Investment Banking from 2011-2015. My areas of support ranged from 2nd and 3rd Level Service Desk to SBG Securities - LAN Administrator and finally Global Treasury Service Desk dedicated to servicing Global Markets Trader. In March 2015 I joined CIB SA Compliance however resigned in November 2015 due to personal commitments. Recently I contracted to EOH in a Support Engineer role for Diageo (South Africa). I am currently employed at BCX, as a Pre-Sales Solution Architect.
