I grew up in Sebokeng a township in Vaal, and have matriculated and have done courses in Electrical Engineering, SHEQ systems and management. My career commenced at the South African Bureau of standard as a Test Officer and through my initiatives, mentors and good opportunities I worked through the ranks and have become a competent SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) practitioner. I currently have close to 12 years working experience in management systems and specializes in development, implementation, monitor and improvement of SHEQ systems in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO/IEC 17025. I have developed systems from nothing in various industries like Manufacturing, ITC, and conformity assessments. Financial management, people management, resource management, and integrating SHEQ into the overall business vision forms part of my daily activities. I am a leader both at work and outside work. I manage sub-ordinates and able to influence superiors on issues relation to SHEQ and general management issues. I was also President of a male ministry in church (www.jcel.org) (2009 to 2015), which its mandate is to ensure that males play a positive and leadership role in society at large. My background coupled with my progress in my professional and social life proves me to be initiative, working hard, and goal orientated.
