I also specialise in construction dispute resolution, with non-contentious focus, representing RWE in all types of dispute forums both in the UK and overseas, including energy (wind, solar, waste), utilities and infrastructure (road, rail) through to more traditional commercial and residential building projects. Being tech savvy I am also involved in advising clients on technology in the construction sector (including BIM and IP) and how these often overlooked aspects of the construction industry may have an impact on contractual relations.
