I've worked across technology, manufacturing, distribution, travel, not-for-profit and the public sector. And business consultancy, gave me new skills, a fresh perspective, and practical experience in the application of Lean thinking and design principles. My passion is using the end-to-end People Experience to drive value back to the business. It's energising to stay up to date with emerging trends, the latest research and tech advancements, and work out whether we can adapt or apply them in Correla to help deliver our strategic objectives.
