Invested in contributing to the growth of the African storytelling landscape, Tendayi speaks at various industry events and markets including DISCOP, BFI, Durban International Film Festival, AfroAnimation Summit, and the renowned INPUT Television Festival where she was invited for her reality television directing work. She has also chaired panels at markets and festivals in South Africa, the United Kingdom, Zimbabwe, Australia, and the world’s biggest animation festival Annecy in France. Tendayi’s robust understanding and first-hand experience of television production coupled with her drive to contribute to growing spaces for diverse storytelling feeds her dream to help storytellers strengthen their voices and work effectively and joyfully with teams so their stories reach the world.
