Telma Morales Email & Phone Number | My eight years of experience as a supervisor in Perú’s financial regulator (SBS) has allowed me to obtain an expertise of the different processes within the diverse entities in the financial system, which is closely relate with the size of the institution and the market they are focus on. I have been able to supervise national banks and subsidiaries of foreign banks such as BBVA and Scotiabank, where I analyzed diverse models of corporate governance, credit processes, organizational structure, and internal controls among others. As an on-site supervisor, I am highly aware of the importance of teamwork and time management in order to achieve goals in an efficient manner. Furthermore, I developed my managerial skills during my MBA in Esade, and I acquired more knowledge about the business world from a different perspective, mainly focusing on marketing, innovation and leadership. An outstanding and remarkable part of this experience was the chance of being part of global teams with people from more than 30 nationalities that nurtured my cross-cultural competency and interpersonal teamwork capabilities. I like hiking, taking photographs and travelling. And I’m ready to face new challenges in my professional life.
