Tarryn Puzsar Email & Phone Number | People, Process, Automation…these are a few of my favorite things. My younger self always lauded working with people as critical in a career path. I always envisioned that path to be working as a healer or biokineticist. The job gave me joy in working with people and solving complex problems that arose in the body form injury/disease or poor body mechanics. After moving to the U.S. my dream of biokinetics fell short (because if you don’t know what it means, you are not alone…that field of work doesn’t exist here. It’s a blend between kinesiology, an EKG technician and a physical therapist.) A move across the pond can teach you many things. I learnt resilience from having to pivot from a career that I had dreamed of fulfilling, and took away gratitude in learning be how to work with people from all walks of life. I could home in on problems in a precision like-fashion, and remedy those with thoughtful and detailed plans of attack. I was essentially a project manager for people’s bodies, so transitioning those skills to a tech field seemed to be a good fit. I managed to carve a path for myself in project management, customer success, and process automation in an area that appreciated all these skills. It was a gift to be thrust into the Legal Operations ecosystem because I found a community where I could share my passions and some core competencies. 1. Understanding People, connecting with people, and listening to their problems. What are the underlying issues hindering their success, and how can I train/educate them to be better 2. Creating Process by critically reviewing the problems and creatively solutioning them that they become systematic and empowering 3. Automation and streamlining processes make life and work more efficient, and cohesively interact together in a strong and unified manner. Now, at KP Labs, I’m encouraged to harness all my experience, and together, our team has built close to 1000 separate processes for multiple Fortune 500 Companies through grit, determination and just being cool human beings. We’re intentional in how we educate and liaise with clients and pride ourselves in being best-in-class in solutions consulting in a vibrant and fast based technology environment. We are proud of our growing customer base and newer service offerings including contract intelligence, data analytics and stand-alone products. Tom Preston-Werner said it best, "The joy of automation is in the elimination of drudgery, the liberation of creativity, and the unleashing of imagination."
