It was 2014 when I first led a team through National Citizen Service and found my calling- I needed to work with and inspire the next generation. A year later I became a Teaching Assistant and began specialising in Autism Spectrum Disorders and I’ve never looked back! In 2018 I completed a CPD course and gained Higher Level Teaching Assistant Status. I am a training facilitator for Autism Awareness and have a certification in Speech and Language support for 11-16s. Additionally I have continued to work seasonally with Learn By Design in their NCS delivery. In April 2019, I began working within the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme team. A month later, I began delivering 1:1 tuition in Maths and English.
