I developed and led numerous high profile campaigns and initiatives, including playing an instrumental role mobilising the Pride Centre initiative in Melbourne, co-developing an LGBTQIA+ leadership program and ground breaking research, including annual reports on ‘LGBTQIA+ Inclusion in the Workplace’ and ‘Where are all the Women’ which focussed on understanding the lack of visibility of same-sex attracted women in the workplace.
