Since 2010, I've been contributed in designing, development, evaluation and implementation of educational technologies in various research projects executed at Federal Rural University of Pernambuco and at Federal University of Pernambuco. More recently, since 2018, I've worked as educational analyst covering a variety of responsibilities and experiences, such as teacher in program executed in partnership with Aliança NEO Brasil, training 400+ high school's teachers (Pernambuco, Brazil). I worked too creating courses for 4-module program for children aged between 8 and 14 years old, to develop century skills competencies such as digital culture, computational thinking and social skills. I teached this course and collaborate to creating teacher training program, aims to guarantee sustaintabinility to project. Today, I'm technical leader on Aula Digital, a educational project executed in partnership with Telefonica Vivo Foundation in public elementary schools to training teachers. In 2020, I started working as instructional design focusing in training programs for employees, onboarding processes and leadership development.
