It's usually busy, so the noise from the people gathered forces me to protrude my voice outwards. I speak louder, and more clear. I think this is a great skill, to be able to communicate clearly is essential to running a smooth operation. Not only have I learned to speak more clearly, but I've gotten better with numbers as well. I would make a great cashier, as I have in the past. In the beginning I was a little slow with handling the money, but the basics are drilled in and I can handle the register pretty well now. Being a Crew Member, I've had the opportunity to hone my multitasking abilities. At McDonald's, multitasking is something that is sort of pushed onto you. You have no choice but to move around and get multiple tasks done simultaneously. This place is perfect for enforcing this. We don't do everything alone. I have also learned to work with others. Everyone has their position and we all work together to get orders out. Like a well oiled machine. It gets hard at times but as ling as everyone works together, we pull through.
