My work involves diverse stakeholders at EPFL and our industry and public sector partners. Prior to joining the Transversal skills and career center as a director, I was briefly supporting the Maths and PBL teachers at EPFL via the Teaching support center. Given that an essential part of my identity remains teaching, I am proud to be teaching at the EPFL Bachelor SHS program since 2022. Previously, as an independent consultant, I worked with higher education institutions across Europe to design meaningful learning experience for adult learners, based on skills development and project-based learning. I designed pedagogical programs and conducted research at the Association Frateli and at the Bachelor program "Frontiers in Life Science", CRI, at Paris Descartes University. In parallel with my postdoctoral research on learning through research, I designed and have taught several intensive project-based courses at the undergraduate level and have designed a unique research-skills curriculum at the Bachelor program "Frontiers in Life Science". Finally, I have redesigned and taught mandatory professional development courses for more than 5 years at the Physics department of University Paris Diderot. Even though my background is life science, my greatest passion is to design innovative STEM education and to teach research and transversal skills at the university and in non-formal trainings. I create courses that aim to develop creativity, critical and interdisciplinary thinking, as well as resilience and responsibility. I have more than 15 years of experience in managing groups and organising events and activities of different profiles (clubs, associations, workshops, symposia, international projects, administrative/research/teaching coordination teams).
