Specialized in setting up and sustaining remote delivery of IT services in Infrastructure, Application Management and Cloud based managed services under ITIL framework. Support in strategic initiatives of moving from Data Center to Cloud and setup of Cloud shared service Provide Infrastructure, Platform, Robotic Process automation (RPA) and Data as a service across enterprise landscape within projects. Relationship Management: Leading and driving Monthly and quarterly business reviews with key stake holders from client. Pre-Sales Support: Leads the proposal preparation. Capture inputs from stake holder’s liaison for required approvals and takes the bottom-line for response to delivery to prepare for a winning deal Proven experience and understanding of commercial contracts and SOW's and delivering transition projects in line with the obligations therein.
