Designing for AT&T UMTS/HSDPA voice + R99 plus HSDPA second carrier. Pre/Post launch optimization team of 3G/HSDPA Cingular network in Oklahoma. At Nexius: Performance improvement at Sprint BAWA (Baltimore-Washington DC Market). I looked after City Downtown area. Second: design improvement for New England market; T-Mobile, Boston, USA. Team Lead: optimizing North of country wide Ericsson R11/R12 GSM/GPRS Network for Warid Telecom, Pakistan.
