I was involved in many O&M projects like: - Reduction in fuel gas consumption in the flare system, - Revamping of ethylene BOG Compressor, - Increasing the efficiency of cooling tower, - Coordinating planned shutdowns, - Carrying out plant modifications for system/process/safety improvement, - Pre-commissioning and commissioning of Nitrogen Unit, - Hydro testing and inspection of storage vessels, - Ideating and analyzing prospects for Floating Roof Top Solar Plant - Carrying out HAZOP Studies Towards System improvement I have been associated with: - Roll out of Behavior Based Safety, - Implementation of ISO Management Systems - Implementation of Energy Management System - Standardization of Standard operating Procedures in coordination with British Safety Council I have published articles in my name on: - Chemical Accidents - E-waste Concerns - Unconventional Water resources - Liquid Hydrocarbon Storages I am passionate about: - Simplifying the complexities of Operations Management (Through experience, coordination and collaboration) - Making business presentations that are relevant and alas engaging too ! - Getting acquainted with New Energy and Sustainability opportunities - Bringing in and attaching to new initiatives - Writing & Story telling I also credit my spirited working style to my love for art.
