Run daily checks/reports so queues are current. • Categorize and prioritize outages based on impact and revenue loss, escalate to executive/senior management to ensure visibility and proper action. • Ensure Enterprise Management System (primary NOC tool) monitors all Production infrastructure 24x7. • Speed resolution and enter actions and root causes into REMEDY knowledgebase (CMDB) that lead to service restoration. • Identify issues, bottlenecks and/or outages which played a key role in continuous improvements to the infrastructure that services the business. • Review, develop and deploy OLAs within the organization and SLAs with senior management and to ensure availability and optimal customer service. • Provide 1st/2nd/3rd level Application and Infrastructure support services to internal and external clients on a 24x5 basis. • Change Manager to identify, create, review, modify and approve global changes in the Production environment. Review all TB-related changes on a daily basis • Disaster Recovery Manager to analyze existing systems and propose improved DR applications. Liaise with Security, Network, Server and Application architectures to review, redevelop and/or recommend modifications to improve DR's availability, reliability and performance
