For more than 6 years I was a partner with Change Partners, Johannesburg, one of the major leadership development firms in South Africa and a member of The Global Coaching Partnership (TGCP). In 2009 I joined forces with Wolfgang Taubert in founding Leadership Assets, a boutique leadership consultancy. We are supporting our international clients design and implement programs to change behaviours, capabilities and performance at the level of individual executives, teams and organizational culture to create long-term impact and results. My work includes individual and team interventions as well as training programs for ABSA Capital, Bayer, BHP Billiton, Coca-Cola, Cummins, Daimler, Danone, Discovery Health, FNB, IFC (World Bank Group), MAN, Merck, Mutual & Federal, Nedbank, Netcare, Nike, Rand Refinery, Roche, Sasol, the Department of Environmental Affairs, Standard Bank, Swiss Re, Virgin Group and Vodafone.
