Als Teil unseres Teams bei CWW konzentriere ich mich auf die Implementierung von Lean-Management-Prinzipien und die Unterstützung von Akquisitionen, um die Produktivität zu steigern und gleichzeitig die Qualität zu sichern. Meine Expertise in der Betriebsführung und mein Engagement für Qualitätsstandards sind die Grundlage, auf der ich bestrebt bin, die Arbeitswelt an die Bedürfnisse der Zukunft anzupassen. With more than five years of independent entrepreneurial experience at CWW GmbH and Renos Consulting, I have gained extensive experience in the management of production facilities and projects. My mission is to improve work processes and make pharmaceutical production more efficient without losing capacity. As part of our team at CWW, I focus on implementing lean management principles and supporting acquisitions to increase productivity while ensuring quality. My expertise in operations management and commitment to quality standards are the foundation on which I strive to adapt the world of work to the needs of the future.
