In over 25 years working for Bayer, I have worked in the field of Pharmaceutical Development for solid and transdermal dosage forms as well as clinical supply. I have been working in Global Regulatory Operations from 2005 to 2015. A temporary assignment to Bayer in the United States between January 2009 and April 2010 was an excellent opportunity for working closely with colleagues from different cultures, with different experiences and sometimes-different ways of thinking. Working together with groups outside of our department, such as medical writing, or the interaction with the FDA was an interesting eye opener for me. In my position as a R&D IT Product Manager, I drive business relationships and represent the complete scope of IT towards Regulatory Affairs. Providing strategic & tactical advice, drive innovation and digital agenda, share key technology trends and best practices. To drive the implementation of the IT strategy is a main responsibility of my role. Besides the daily work, I try to relax while shooting or brewing.
