My coaching philosophy is to help my clients live the life that they desire by helping them find paths that they might not have seen on their own. My passion for nutrition first emerged as a passion for health and sciences. After earning a degree in Molecular Cellular and Developmental Biology from the University of Colorado Boulder, I became a researcher studying thyroid function and cancer. After having children and experiencing health issues in my own family, I used my science-based background to begin researching more natural remedies for health and wellness. As the owner of Shine Health Collective, I work with individuals and corporations around the world to promote healthier lifestyles. I host live cooking demonstrations that promote healthy cooking techniques and the benefits of various fresh ingredients while empowering viewers to make changes in their own kitchens. I am a member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and sit on the UCI Center for Healthspan Sciences Healing Protocols Advisory Board.
