Following a diploma in business studies from the Caulfield Institute (now Victoria University), I was employed in a variety of situations, including public relations and administration. In the early nineties I changed direction by retraining in alternative forms of counselling and melded that with an interest in creative consciousness. This ultimately led to a private practice in life coaching in which I was able to follow my interest in exploring how to assist individuals to become more empowered at work and in their personal directions. In 2000 I began work with my colleague and friend Fiona McDougall on developing a comprehensive educational program in self-directed self-growth techniques based on the principles of brain rewiring and whole-of-self balance. In 2016 we co-authored The Good Work Book: How to enjoy your job & make it spiritually fulfilling, which showcases some of our basic self-transformation techniques.
