I have acted as an adjunct faculty member for several colleges and have taught programs throughout the U.S. Before starting Human Advantage, I worked in the private sector for 15 years where my responsibilities included supervising staff, managing a large department budget, developing employee incentive programs, and interviewing/hiring/firing personnel. I have also served as a board member of the American Institute of Banking for several years. I graduated magna cum laude from the Robert G. Merrick School of Business at the University of Baltimore, and have a diploma from the American Institute of Banking. My love of gardening developed as a child living on our family farm. My perennial garden is a meditation.
