My work provided a strong vision of how Workday automation could be leveraged to eliminate manual processes and improve business processes. Another aspect of the implementation was to be responsible for testing and verification of data conversion, including data conversion of foreign entities, which included complex foreign exchange issues. I am Workday Pro accredited and a subject matter expert for financial accounting, statutory and management structures, financial data model (chart of accounts), account payable, expenses, process mapping, security and reporting. I worked closely with Stakeholders to enable seamless integration between front office, subsystems and Finance, ensuring there are no downstream impacts. I am proudest of projecting a positive change mindset to stakeholders to inspire colleagues to push the status quo and embrace change and ongoing optimisation.
