Design of modular structures evaluating the maritime & land transportation, jacking, and lifting conditions. Frost design. Connections design. Experience in Greenfield, Brownfield, and revamping projects. • Project Management: leading a multidisciplinary and multicultural team up to 100 people, generating a collaborative enviroment to achieve project scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements. Providing technical assistance. Define targets and priorities. Monitoring and reporting discipline progress. Project S-curves and Kpis reports. Management of relationships with clients and subcontractors. • Project Engineering: Coordination with clients, subcontractors and other disciplines providing proactive input to resolve design issues with an open-minded attitude. Handling the optimal resolution of non-conformities, technical queries, and design changes or delivery issues. High attention to detail with special focus on safety, budget and schedule. • Bidding Engineering: Cost/Time/Resource and material estimations. Technical support during bidding process. Preparation of feasibility and technical evaluations.
