Research transportation methods that best meet company and customer needs, and negotiate contracts with providers to obtain cost-effective import and transportation services. Identify areas in need of improvement and implement processes that increase efficiency and productivity. Develop management strategies to improve employee engagement, morale and performance. Support the Sales Department with customer information, rate structures, and RFQ’s. During my career, I had many achievements to include: ▪ Key Contributor in the Business Unit Exceeding EBIT target for fiscal year 2017 that went from approximately 3.2M to 6.5M; an increase of 103%. ▪ Maintained the highest financial and KPI performance in the US. BNA led the US in KPI’s and EBIT 4 out of the past 5 years. ▪ Through effective management, significantly improved the following Employee Engagement Survey scores from 2017 to 2018: Employee engagement from 36 points to 65 points; Employee commitment from 60 to 79; and Management from 55 to 77. ▪ Successfully led the airfreight team through change management of DSV acquisition of Panalpina ▪ Wrote the user manual and trained 100+ district staff on the migration to SAP Single Client. ▪ Comprehensive training initiative resulted in green KPI’s and a 37% average branch ASI for 2012.
