While employed as an Associate at the Denver area law firms of Sweetbaum Sands Anderson PC, and Bloom Murr & Accomazzo, PC, I was responsible for the review, drafting, and or negotiation of various state and federal court motions and pleadings, correspondence, and contracts (e.g., standard and non-standard software service and vendor agreements, licensing, nondisclosure, statements of work, etc). In addition to diverse legal experience gained as member of the Colorado Bar since my admission in 2001, I gained valuable management, research and critical problem solving experience while heading up the Appraiser Program at the State of Colorado, Division of Real Estate, and performing neuropsychological exams in research and clinical settings at Yale and UCLA. In 2012, we began the process of relocating to the Irvine area from Denver, Colorado. Since our move in 2013, I have taken the opportunity to get our family settled into our new residence in California, while actively volunteering at our kids' school and participating in leadership with Cub Scouts. Additionally, I have continued to work on a contract basis with small business owners, a Denver based law firm, and as a Program Attorney for CLE International. Although I am not currently licensed in California, I remain a member of the Colorado Bar, in good standing, willing to sit for an upcoming Bar or apply for limited privileges as In-House Counsel in California. I am a hard worker, open to a broad range of legal and managerial work.
