I led the International Financial Corporation (IFC) Women and Insurance program in Asia and Africa, the first insurtech investments and advised portfolio companies on technology, strategy and governance. I worked with, and presented to, Swiss Re Group Board and Audit Committee. I have served on boards of highly regulated companies in several countries and have experience from early staged VC backed companies to PE owned and large listed groups and have experience of CEO succession, talent development, compensation and a wide range of governance topics. For Swiss Re, I was a key spokesperson to investors, rating agencies and clients.
