Be up to date current industry standards & policy. *Receive loan agreement and schedule meetings with the customers for completing agreement signing formalities. And schedule funding disbursements for all approved loan. *Double check the correctness of the information provided by sales team. * To coordination with all the concerned teams like IT, Legal, Operations and project etc. * Manage Business operations activity of branch and regional label for client and staff. * Ensure process and policy for Credit and compliance management & client Grievance redressal. * Conducting training program with sales team for Group loan CD Loan and cross sell products. * Meeting with authorized third-party Venders of Satin partners for business growth- Itz Cash, Tata AIG, Prestige, Hero Cycle, Bajaj & Samsung, for business strategy and planning. *Generate leads for third party Products to the customers (CD Loan/ Cross Sell Products) * Cross Sell Products Stock and Inventory management with S/w and Manual. * Tata AIG Hospicash Insurance Sales & claim settlement for Satin Existing customers * Coordination with Prestige, Hero, Samsung & Bajaj, home appliances products sales & Service. * Sales Team recruitment, Business Development, Participants with all new project.
