In addition, set up the Monitoring & Evaluation function in the Tata Trusts. As the Head of Geriatrics programme, has designed, planned and implemented with a multi-stakeholder approach. For the effort in creating the National helpline for Senior Citizens, in July 2021, I was awarded by the Vedica Women’s Alliance for the exemplary leadership in Social Impact. • I was the Founding CEO of Vayah Vikas, a Trust registered in Bangalore to address the needs of the older adults and creating an ecosystem for them. • My interest in painting got me closer to the subject of Arts Based Therapy and has been certified as a practioner in 2023. • I am the Co-Founder of Happy2Age to deliver Activity modules to older adults in urban setting.
