However, I longed to grow beyond explore the world, to experience what life had to offer beyond that tiny farming community. **** This first saw me studying customer service and selling, then working for Mount Cook Line and Air New Zealand. It then took me on a one-way flight to London, via Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand. I worked as an EA in Investment Banking between travel adventures around the United Kingdom, Europe, and off the beaten track to Russia, Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, Israel, Jordan, Egypt, and Turkey. ***** I arrived in Australia in 1997, full of confidence and enthusiasm for life. I landed in the professional services industry and haven’t looked back - learning, growing, and investing in further education, while flexing my hours to part time as I juggled family, career, and life. I know what it means to grow, and change – and how each chapter in life requires you to assess what is right for you. After completing an MBA, investing 20 years climbing the ranks to senior marketing roles at global consulting firm Deloitte, and developing my coaching and mentoring skills within my team and the broader firm - I took a redundancy in 2021. While that may sound like a terrible thing, I embraced it. I looked at this as an opportunity to create the next chapter in my life, and career. ***** I’m excited about the future and the chance to continue to make an impact, both as a marketer and a coach. I love coaching, challenging, and stretching people. By combining my more recent study of nutrition, holistic wellness and how to be a successful coach, I’m thrilled to launch Evolve with Sue Browne. ***** My mission is to help professionals who may be feeling burnt out and overlooked to find balance in life to thrive both at work and in life.
